The bandageself and bandagetarget macros in the Ultima Online Options don't work, they do however work with razor. Go to the Hotkey tab, expand the Item category and highlight Bandageself, choose a hotkey and Set it.
Then you will also get a timer to tell you your bandage is in the process of being applied.

I have collected 2320 wood and 75 iron ingots, altho I cant get the ingots into the crate at the site on account of .....I lost the key to it... ^^

I leave it entirely up to you, this was just so you could see what I had roughly tought out. Im sure you know wich works best ingame. I can get the ingots no problem for the lamp post.

Not really a full feature, but a request either way. Bandits having some bandages in their loot and imps having some reagents in their loot. Thanks!

Traps, tinker traps or magic traps(magery), various strengths and bombs or poison etc. Trapping doors, chests etc, to either defend or assassinate.

There was always an ingame chat that was never used much on production shards, we could have that for event days? Well atleast for ingame contact heh.

Altho with the taxes being a goldsink im not sure. If the mayor starts hiring town guards and pays them he'd have to use taxes to pay them, equip them and replace them etc. So that might have to be between the players.

Ok.
Other gold sink ideas:
Housebuildingpermit, building permit of anything really (sheep pens, outhouse etc).
Bankboxes, either one time purchase or a monthly fee. (could even make special bank boxes that are unpickable, but very expencive, with a limited storage capacity)
Lastname changes.
Marriage certificates.
Ofcourse with the coming election, taxes, taxes of any kind. Property taxes, income taxes, protection taxes etc etc.
If the church ever makes something of itself, tithe.
Just a few brainstorms there. Hope it helps.

Would it be possible to make a craftable pack that can be applied to bulls similar to swamp dragons armour so that it can be like a pack horse? maybe carry a little less so pack horses are still worth having but more avalible to people as they can tame and apply it themselves assuming skills to craft and tame or purchase from those that do
Could be done with llamas tho? Since they exist with and without the pack in the artwork already. And who sais llamas are rideable anyway, make em so they aint.

I think the word of the day is, rough. 
700 wood has been gathered, deal has been made with Althalus, build is on the way, so whenever you are ready if theres anything else the building site needs, let me know.

Now this is a rough idea of what Id roughly have in mind. I slapped it together very roughly and sloppy in insideUO. I didn't include a roof or a second story like said but everything is up to you so this is just so you can get a very basic idea of what I have in my head:) If you want to include a basement that's up to you, the entrance/ladder for it would fit nicely in the corner by the crossbow bolts I think,

Don't know if this counts for all crafting skills or just fletching, that I am now currently training, but when I have a pile of boards in a backpack within my backpack, all the bows I make to train the skill end up in my main backpack, so Im left with having to throw them one by one on the ground/in a corpse to get rid of them instead of just having a backpack full of "training residue" so to speak that I can just throw into a corpse somewhere to have it decay.

Im not a huge fan of razor, I find it messy and sometimes laggy. I was gonna try to use the AssistUO thingy, but cant seem to manage to connect. Is there a setting I am missing, is someone connecting to our server using something else then razor, if so please post a how-to. I would be grateful.

Hey
Hoping someone can help me regarding this. I used to have this program called UO House Builder and Inside UO. With these 2 programs I could design and "create" whatever kind of house design/area design I wanted. Now I managed to track these programs down again hoping I could do the same again, but no such luck. Either the programs Ive downloaded are so outdated that they simply do not work anymore, or there is some kindof setting that I don't understand. Im getting an error that for instance InsideUO cant find the artidx.mul files etc, Ive tried to manually reload the correct path for these .mul files, but it still doesn't work. And UO House Builder just simply cant seem to load.
Any help in either finding the correct settings or a link to some updated programs that work with Windows 7. Thank you in advance!

About the special moves, currently theres a few weapons that trigger special moves randomly. Axes for instance will deliver a concussion blow sometimes and hammers I believe do crusing blows and spears to paralyze. Now I don't remember what those moves did pre aos since its over a decade since I played it. Id like to know what it does currently because concussion blow doesn't seem to do much except sound effects. If they don't do anything special, maybe they can be changed to do something else.
If special moves are planned to be introduced you can ignore this I reckon. Also, if special moves are introduced many things should be considered, will they use mana/stamina, will there be a way for fighters to recover mana/stamina more quickly. If they use stamina, special moves will have to be used more carefully etc so I personally like that.

I can start building something new on the burned-out plot as soon as we work out the specifics of construction costs.
This has been started, Tom is building it OOC and Althalus will do it IC (assuming I have the money)
